Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Jefferson City, MO. The RBT will work directly with preschool-aged children on the autism spectrum, implementing ABA therapy techniques as designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering individualized intervention plans, collecting and recording data, monitoring progress, and supporting children in achieving developmental milestones. The RBT will also collaborate closely with supervisors and families to create a consistent and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and techniques
• Experience with data collection and progress monitoring
• Strong ability to engage and work with preschool-aged children
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with supervisors, families, and other team members
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential
• Current RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification within a designated time frame
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is advantageous
