Home Health Links is seeking compassionate Physical Therapists Assistants (PTA) to provide coverage throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County. Responsibilities:
• Follow the plan of care by Physical Therapist and provide treatment to patients
• Interprets evaluation findings to provide care and safety relating to dysfunction
• Provides treatment based on the goals and follows through with treatment to achieve established goals
• Provides advice and education to patients and family
• Regularly assesses clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the progress of the patient towards goals, the need for modifying plans and treatment
• Provides discharge planning for patients from physical therapy and communicates when the patient has received maximum benefit from occupational therapy
• Provides accurate, timely documentation of physical therapy patient management and demonstrates progress toward meeting the criteria for professional practice
We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. The final offer is determined by multiple factors, including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit
Qualifications
• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• California PTA License
• Excellent communication skills
• Home Health experience preferred; not required
