Job Description
d compliance. You’ll ensure trauma-informed, person-centered care while providing clinical supervision in alignment with BBS standards.
Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision for pre-licensed staff and interns
• Lead weekly face-to-face supervision and group supervision meetings
• Conduct trainings on clinical trends, crisis management, documentation, and interventions
• Review and approve clinical documentation for compliance and quality
• Collaborate on program development and evidence-based practice implementation
• Maintain HIPAA and ethical standards across all client services
• Participate in treatment consultations and multidisciplinary meetings
• Oversee clinical outcome measures and quality assurance reviews
• Provide direct care as needed, including therapy and crisis planning
• Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical staff performance
Required Qualifications
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• California license as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (minimum 2 years post-licensure)
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance
• Experience providing BBS-compliant clinical supervision
Preferred Qualifications
• Five or more years of experience in behavioral health settings
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, EHRs, and outcome-based service models
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $44–$45/hour
