What You’ll Do
• Work with Admissions and clinicians to ensure that intakes are completed for prospective families/clients
• Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools such as Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST, etc.
• Ensure the appropriate transition of cases after the initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families and the receiving team
• Provide a maximum of 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinical environments
• Conduct peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hours
• Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments

• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
