Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to students with varying severities and ages.
• Participate in BCBA supervision, team meetings, and documentation activities (up to 5 hours weekly).
• Adapt to flexible school locations and schedules as needed.
• Arrive approximately 15 minutes before students to prepare for the days sessions.

Work Schedule:
• Elementary School: 8:00 AM 2:30 PM
• Junior High/Middle School: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM
• All Grades AAA/ASFL Program: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM
• High School: 8:30 AM 3:40 PM

Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required; expired certifications will not be accepted.
• Willingness to work with students across all severity levels and ages.
• Flexibility in school location assignments.
• Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week, plus up to 5 additional hours for supervision and meetings.

This contract position is available immediately to fill a backfill role, with a tentative end date around May 22, 2026. Candidates may not be required to participate in formal interviews; however, a brief virtual meeting might be scheduled after acceptance.
