Job Description

 services to students with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school-based setting
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school staff
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
• Implement and supervise ABA programs and services
• Collaborate with school staff to provide training and support on ABA principles and practices
• Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and services provided
• *Qualifications:**
• Active BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Illinois state-issued LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
