What You Need
• Age: 18+
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• License: Current and valid U.S. driver’s license
• Availability: 40-hour work week, M-F, 8-hour days plus a 30-minute unpaid midday break. This is a year-round program.

Responsibilities
- •40 hrs = (M-F, flex-start between 7am-8:10am, 8 hour shifts plus 30min unpaid midday break)
- •1 mandatory morning meeting per week at 7am or 7:40am
- •Make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with Autism and developmental disabilities!
- •As a Teacher Assistant/Paraprofessional/Instructor, you’ll provide direct classroom support, implement intervention strategies, and help students build critical skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
