avior Technicians/RBTs to join our expanding team, playing a crucial role in providing specialized 1-1 treatment in a home-based setting. With our smaller, homegrown approach, the ABA services we provide and the Behavior Technicians we bring into Nekton are our top priority!

Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Any other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of ABA experience
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus)
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have)
• A passion for working with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Background check required
