Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all processes and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately.
Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in laboratory techniques, protocols, and equipment to perform and oversee complex laboratory tests and procedures.
Maintain a high level of quality control and accuracy in all laboratory processes, adhering to strict safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Train and mentor laboratory staff, providing guidance and support on technical procedures and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with other members of the research and healthcare teams to develop and implement innovative laboratory techniques and protocols.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in laboratory technology and techniques, and make recommendations for their integration into our laboratory processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on all laboratory-related matters, providing guidance and support to other departments and external stakeholders as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available for use in the laboratory.
Analyze and interpret laboratory data, and communicate findings and recommendations to the research and healthcare teams.
