• Earn an additional $2.00/hour (premium pay) for hours worked in the home setting starting at 3 pm

What You Will Do:
• Engage and teach children through play, following individualized treatment plans
• Observe, interact, and collect data to document progress
• Assist children in developing essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
• Support children in transforming challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
• Make a meaningful difference in the life of a child!

Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain post-hire
• Prior experience working with children (e.g., camp counseling, daycare, nannying, school settings, ABA) is preferred
• Positive, energetic, playful, and creative personality; able to think on your feet
• Reliable and dependable, someone families can trust
• Ability to frequently get up and down from the floor and move quickly
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Eager to learn and work independently while providing exceptional care
• Interest in using evidence-based, scientifically-proven methods
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
