Schedule: Full-time preferred (9:15 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.), Part-time option available (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing behavioral interventions tailored to the student’s needs
• Supporting the student’s communication and social skills development
• Collaborating closely with the SPED teacher and paraprofessionals to create a positive learning environment
• Monitoring and documenting the student’s progress to inform instructional strategies
• Utilizing ABA techniques to reinforce positive behaviors effectively
Desired qualifications and experience:
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Prior experience working with children diagnosed with autism and communication challenges
• Ability to maintain patience, enthusiasm, and energy to engage a young, active learner
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with integrated classroom settings and special education procedures
