Qualifications
- •A full-time Behavioral Case Manager position is available for a National Certified BCBA to support high school-aged students during the 26/27 school year
- •Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
- •National certification in behavior analysis

Responsibilities
- •This contract role, based in Bear, DE, offers a caseload of approximately 10-20 students and requires 35-40 hours per week
- •Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing BIPs, taking over these tasks from the school psychologist
- •Training and instructing teachers on the implementation of behavioral plans to ensure consistency and effectiveness
