Job Description

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
• Valid RBT certification required
• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents, especially in an educational setting
• Skillful in implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting accurate data
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable mindset
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following school protocols
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions based on student needs
• Collect and record data on student progress, behavior goals, and intervention outcomes
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other support staff to modify interventions as needed
• Encourage positive behaviors and model appropriate social skills
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required
• Support teachers and other school staff with behavior management strategies in the classroom
• Maintain detailed documentation, adhering to all program and ethical guidelines
