Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist and help transform lives!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy support to children ages 5-21. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will collaborate with other disciplines and services, review outcomes, and modify intervention programs. Your clinical expertise and professional judgment will be vital in screening, evaluating, and planning educational programs for students with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promoting optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities
• Providing speech and language therapy, including evaluations and progress reports
• Working with children who have autism
• Using behavior management techniques
• Consulting and collaborating with parents, schoolteachers, and colleagues

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• TSSLD certification preferred
• PROMPT Experience preferred

Working Conditions:
• Location: Onsite at our school located in Bellevue, WA
• Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 3:45pm
• School/Classroom Setting
• Must be willing to travel to Cougar Mountain location if needed

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to keep students safe from themselves and others and in some cases may need to implement CPI (therapeutic holds) procedures
• Must be able to remove oneself from potentially harmful situations and in some cases be able to lift a child

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Bellevue)
