Job Description

p and implement individualized support plans for students with ASD
• Address mental health, sensory, executive functioning, and socialization challenges associated with autism
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed to promote student growth and development

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a related field required; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with adults diagnosed with ASD, including those without intellectual disabilities
• Proven experience in managing mental health and sensory issues, as well as executive functioning and socialization challenges linked to ASD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a school environment

Location and Schedule:
• This is a full-time, onsite role based in Fishers, Indiana
• Open to candidates willing to travel
