We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
• Collect data and document progress
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
• Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Professional references
• Reliable transportation and clean criminal history
• Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

- •Part-time Afternoon Availability – Shifts available between 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
