As an ABA Behavior Technician with Compass ABA, you will provide one-on-one instruction in homes or community settings across New Jersey, New York, and New Mexico. Your role will involve helping children with autism develop crucial communication, social interaction, play, and daily living skills. • Compensation: $20-30/hr (Based on Experience)
• Job Type: Part-Time (15-20 hours/week depending on client schedules)
• Available Shifts: Afternoons/ Evenings
Afternoon/Evening Schedules Available!
Hudson County
• Kearny, NJ:
• M-F: 4-7 PM
• North Bergen, NJ:
• M-F: 1:30- 6:30 PM
• Union City, NJ:
• M-F: 3:30- 6:30 PM
• M-F: 4-7 PM
• Tues- Fri: 4:45- 7:45PM, Sat 9AM- 12PM
• Mon, Wed, Fri 4-7PM, Sat & Sun 9AM- 12PM
• Jersey City, NJ:
• M-F: 5-8 PM
• M-F: 3-7 PM
• Bayonne, NJ:
• M-F: 3/3:30-6/6:30 PM
• Work schedule generally consists of 3-4 hours per day.
• Note: Specific shifts may vary based on location and client needs.
Your Required Navigation Tools
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
• Reliable transportation to client homes or designated locations
• A passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with technology data collection is a key part of ensuring client progress, and we rely on digital tools to track success
• Ability to adapt and navigate challenges with a problem-solving mindset
