Now Hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs – Daytime & Afternoon Shifts!
Location: Middlesex & Somerset Counties, NJ
Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT
Compensation: $20–30/hr (based on experience)
Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week)
Shifts: Daytime / Afternoons / Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client)
Daytime Schedules in Middlesex County
• Edison: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Afternoon Schedules in Middlesex County
• South Brunswick: Monday–Friday 4:15 PM–6:30 PM
Afternoon Schedules in Somerset County
• North Plainfield: Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
About Compass ABA
• Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Work in homes or community settings.
Responsibilities
• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements
• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play‑based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
