• •The successful candidate will serve as the Clinical Development Lead for one or more clinical initiatives, playing a crucial role in crafting strategies to identify, monitor, and mitigate potential issues and risks at the program level
• •This leadership position is essential for ensuring timely communication of critical information across various functions and contributing to the design of clinical trials and protocols tailored to meet our clinical development objectives
• •The Director will also oversee medical monitoring, contribute to regulatory documentation, and lead a cross-functional development subteam
• •The ideal applicant will demonstrate expertise in formulating strategies for Advisory Boards, forging relationships with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups, and keeping abreast of scientific knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas
• •This role may also involve mentoring and guiding clinical scientists, medical monitors, and study clinical leads, with a possibility of direct line reporting responsibilities
