At Special Hearts Farm, we don’t just grow plants—we grow people. As a Direct Care Associate, you’ll help individuals with Autism and related disabilities blossom into their best selves as they develop independence and confidence through farming and gardening experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily tasks such as social skills, meals, and personal care
• Help our clients learn farming and gardening tasks
• Accompany clients on fun group outings
• Keep logs with accurate daily notes, attendance, and incident reports
• Create a safe, secure environment where every client feels valued and respected
