Job Description
ate will provide specialized instruction aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic growth and social-emotional development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with ASD
• Provide individualized and small group instruction tailored to student learning needs
• Monitor student progress and modify instructional strategies to support achievement
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and support plans
• Collaborate with parents, related service providers, and school staff to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEP records
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development as required
• Foster a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Active Virginia teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities
- •Duration: 14 Weeks
- •Schedule: 8:50 AM - 3:40 PM
