THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A BEHAVIOR ANALYST - BCBA

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a hybrid position, allowing you to partially work from home!

YOUR ROLE:

As a Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you're responsible for developing and implementing effective treatment plans. You provide behavioral therapy for children with autism, working directly with each client to help them grow and thrive. When needed, you also supervise other staff during their sessions. You maintain open communication between families and state directors, scheduling regular meetings to discuss each client's progress.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
• Current BCBA certification
• Active LBA certification in Arizona
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
