What We're About
We specialize in personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.
Your Role
As a BCBA Clinical Manager, you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

What You'll Do
• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
• Provide parent coaching and support
• Maintain quality documentation and reports
• Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
• Stay current with research and share best practices with the team
What You Bring
Required:
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
Preferred:
• 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
• Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
