Job Description
Join Intercare Therapy, where we provide evidence-based behavioral therapies to help children facing challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families. We are looking for passionate Behavioral Program Supervisors committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
As a Behavioral Program Supervisor in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will be an essential leader and case supervisor in the field. You will master daily case management tasks, develop and oversee clinical programs, supervise Behavior Interventionists, and provide education and training to client caregivers. This role requires driving 30 to 60 miles daily and supervising client sessions between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend availability.

Required Credentials/Experience:
• Completed Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Progress toward BCBA certification is preferred.
• Strong skills in ABA, program management, and clinical practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback with a collaborative attitude.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
