Job Description
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and training to school staff, paraprofessionals, and families
• Monitor, evaluate, and modify intervention strategies as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, therapists, and school administrators
• Ensure compliance with IEP goals and school district guidelines
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
