As an elementary 1: 1 RBT in a school district your days will include providing direct student care such as: Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA. Accurately collect and record behavior data. Support students in classroom participation, transitions, and social development. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Follow ethical guidelines as outlined by the BACB. Qualifications: High school diploma and completion of 40-hour RBT training. Active RBT certification through the BACB. Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Job Details
Position: Contract for the 25/26 school year + ESY
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday), 40hrs per week
Caseload: Elementary, 1: 1
