Position Overview:
We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated SLP to facilitate collaboration and ensure superior outcomes for our young learners. In our intensive early intervention program, each child benefits from 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As many of our learners require additional Speech Therapy, we are eager to welcome a professional who can offer high-quality therapy and collaborate closely with our team to help each child maximize their potential.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of up to 23 clients
• Conduct parent training sessions for each client once per quarter
• Follow up with parent training after evaluations or re-evaluations within one month
• Meet billable hour expectations of 40 thirty-minute sessions (20 billable hours) weekly
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Behavior Analysts to coordinate therapy for shared clients
• Participate in scheduled team meetings
• Maintain client confidentiality in accord with HIPAA protocols
• Communicate openly with families and clinical teams to ensure effective treatment and goal achievement
• Be prepared to assist with diaper changes, toileting, and engaging physically with children on the floor, as necessary
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active speech therapy licensure in the employed state
• Compliance with ASHA certification requirements
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with early intervention and children with autism
• Availability to work on-site from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Completion of federal, state, and county background checks
Physical Requirements:
• Capability to sit, kneel, crawl, squat, run, or stand for extended periods
• Ability to reach, hold objects and lift up to 30 pounds
