What We Offer
• Salary: $79,000–$93,000/year, or Pay-per-Billed-Visit: $35–$36/billed visit (30-minute sessions), $120 per evaluation, $35–$36/meeting hour
• Clinical Fellows: $36.50/hour
• Sign-on and relocation bonuses up to $10,000
• Performance-based incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus 2% bilingual increase

What Your Days Will Look Like
• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team
• Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
• Complete case management consistent with quality assurance standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination
What You'll Need
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Colorado DORA SLP license, or eligible to obtain
• BLS/CPR certification
• Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice
• Pediatric experience preferred — CFY candidates and new grads welcome!
• Experience in multidisciplinary settings preferred
Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
