Job Description

Pay, Benefits & Perks

Position Details
• Position type: Full‑time
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hours vary based on client needs and scheduling)
• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
• Hours are not guaranteed
• Start date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check

What You’ll Do
• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism
• Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

What We’re Looking For
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Passion for helping children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must obtain a Florida driver license before end of training
• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid is required
