Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategies for clinical goods and services including dental supplies, implants, lab services, medical supplies, and clinical equipment
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives (RFPs, RFQs), supplier negotiations, and contract execution to deliver measurable cost savings and value
  • Partner with clinical leaders (dentists, physicians, hygienists, and operational leaders) to align sourcing decisions with clinical needs and patient outcomes
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive product standardization and SKU rationalization across TAG-supported brands where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of critical clinical supplies
  • Track and report savings, cost avoidance, and supplier performance metrics
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers to improve service levels, innovation, and cost efficiency
  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as fill rates, quality, pricing adherence, and service levels
  • Lead business reviews and resolve supplier performance issues proactively

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational stakeholders across Aspen Dental, ClearChoice, and WellNow
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution
