Responsibilities

• •Develop and execute category strategies for clinical goods and services including dental supplies, implants, lab services, medical supplies, and clinical equipment
• •Lead strategic sourcing initiatives (RFPs, RFQs), supplier negotiations, and contract execution to deliver measurable cost savings and value
• •Partner with clinical leaders (dentists, physicians, hygienists, and operational leaders) to align sourcing decisions with clinical needs and patient outcomes
• •Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• •Drive product standardization and SKU rationalization across TAG-supported brands where appropriate
• •Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards
• •Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of critical clinical supplies
• •Track and report savings, cost avoidance, and supplier performance metrics
• •Establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers to improve service levels, innovation, and cost efficiency
• •Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as fill rates, quality, pricing adherence, and service levels
• •Lead business reviews and resolve supplier performance issues proactively
