5+ years of experience in healthcare or digital health roles focused on clinical evaluation or AI products
Hands-on experience with evaluation workflows for algorithms or clinical decision support tools
Strong clinical literacy regarding common medical scenarios
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
