Job Description
al Iowa, dedicated to improving the lives of adults and children living with diabetes, obesity, and related conditions. Through comprehensive clinical care, patient education, and innovative research, our team has conducted over 250 clinical studies and continues to make a meaningful impact on both individual health and the broader community.
This is your opportunity to step into clinical research leadership — where quality replaces volume, patients are engaged and motivated, and innovation is part of your daily work. We are seeking a Principal Investigator who wants to help shape the future of healthcare while restoring balance and purpose to their own career.
How We’re Different

✔ Practice without pressure:
No RVU treadmill. No double-booked schedules. No rushed visits. Just relaxed, thoughtful, patient-focused care.
✔ Restore patient connection:
Our environment fosters motivated, invested, and engaged patients. This allows you to practice medicine the way it was meant to be.
✔ Drive innovation:
Play a direct role in advancing therapies that will redefine the future and set new standards in patient care.
✔ Enjoy true work-life balance:
Spend more time with patients. Deliver relaxed care. Forget EMR. Enjoy predictable, daytime hours at a sustainable pace.
✔ Join a culture that cares:
We work hard, invest in your success, value your expertise, and foster a culture where meaningful work and having fun go hand in hand.
✔ Advance your career:
Designed with growth in mind, this role offers the opportunity to advance toward Medical Directorship, with expanding clinical and organizational influence.
