Responsibilities:
• Providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings
• Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on client behavior
• Assisting behavior analysts with behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisition
• Assisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in the preparation of client materials

RBT/Behavior Interventionist Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, run, jump, climb, and crawl
• Successful completion of 40-hour training within two weeks of employment
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification
• Ability to work with significant interfering/problem behavior
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and respond to corrective feedback
• Ability to work a consistent 2-3-hour time block Monday through Friday:
• Morning 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM
• Afternoon 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
• Evening 3:15 PM to 5:15 PM

RBT/Behavior Interventionist Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field
• Experience implementing ABA programs
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Open availability Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
• Experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities

Pay Rate Dependent on experience and education

RBT/Behavior Intervention Specialist: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
