ider, you'll have a remarkable opportunity to support the growth and development of young children (ages 2-6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this entry-level role, you'll collaborate with a team of Masters-level clinicians. No prior certification is required-we provide all the training you'll need to succeed.
This role is a great fit for:
• Recent college graduates looking to jumpstart their careers: Psychology, early childhood education, special education, child development, or teaching degree holders
• People with childcare experience who love working with kids: Preschool teachers, daycare workers, paraprofessionals, Montessori teachers or assistants, nannies, babysitters, tutors, substitute teachers, Sunday School teachers, or similar
• Healthcare professionals seeking a new path: Home health aides, behavioral health technicians, psychiatric aides, child life specialists, or similar
• Encore career changers looking for a meaningful, mission-driven role supporting kids and families
Responsibilities
• Provide individualized support to young children (ages 2-6) in a clinic-based setting using play-based and naturalistic therapy techniques
• Follow intervention plans developed by clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Build trusting relationships with children and families while promoting developmental milestones
Qualifications
• High school diploma, or equivalent, is required
• Experience working with young children, especially ages 2-6, ideally in a structured or professional setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfort using computers and tablets
• Reliable transportation to training and assigned center locations; punctuality is essential
• Must meet physical requirements: ability to sit/kneel on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs., move quickly, and support children as needed during sessions
• Preference for candidates pursuing or holding a college degree

• $21.50 - $28.50/hour, plus regular opportunities for bonuses and promotions.
• The initial offer hourly pay will be between $21.00 - $22.50. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion.
