What We Offer
$78,000–$103,000 base salary Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in bonus pay, 2× PTO, or a mix of both Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually) Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company matching PTO that grows with tenure, plus paid holidays Annual CEU reimbursement

Caseload of up to 12 clients: Focus on quality, not volume Schedule flexibility: Structure your day around your life when billable goals are met, no PTO required for appointments or personal needs Remote documentation: Work from home for notes and indirect tasks True multidisciplinary collaboration: Direct partnership with OT, PT, and SLP on every case, shared problem-solving, not siloed care
What Your Days Will Look Like
Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings Collaborate with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care across disciplines
What You'll Need
Current BCBA® certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Passion for pediatric care and working with families
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands are required.
