Responsibilities
• Supervision of mid-level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists
• Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Provide clinical supervision of ABA treatment programs (e.g., treatment design/modification, ongoing analyses, ensuring treatment fidelity, etc.)
• Provide training/consultation/support for direct interventionist staff
• Complete or support in the completion of progress reports
• Conduct caregiver education and training
• Attend monthly clinical team and professional development meetings
• Timely submission of billing requirements, clinical notes, reports, and other materials
• Conduct quality assurance checks and address clinical concerns as needed
• Maintain consistent and reliable communication with all team members

Requirements
• Active BCBA certification, in good standing
• Master's degree in Psychology or in a related field (e.g., Child Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)
• Previous clinical experience within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Previous experience working with software platforms for data collection, program development, and report writing requirements
• Must pass a background check and provide TB clearance
• Reliable Transportation with valid proof of insurance
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred), but not required
