As a BCBA , you will provide high-quality, home-based ABA services to a full caseload of clients. Our client understands that for a therapist to help a child reach their highest potential, the organization must make the therapist's job as rewarding as possible. You will be responsible for the "whole child" approach, from initial assessments to the supervision of behavior technicians, all while working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Manage, record, and report daily data regarding client status and progress.

Supervision & Training

Provide high-quality training and supervision to Behavior Technicians.

Provide direct services and coaching to clients and their parents to ensure generalization of skills.

Prepare annual reports evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations.

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (Required).

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education (Required).

Experience: Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges using ABA methodologies.

A passionate, empathetic, and dedicated individual who takes pride in seeing children succeed.
