Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation.
• Maintain accurate medical records, including intake forms and progress notes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with special needs.
• Advocate for clients' rights and promote their well-being within the community.

Skills
• Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills to track client progress effectively.
