Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, where you’ll be under supervision to assist with a variety of semi-skilled maintenance and light construction tasks across several trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, agricultural installation, and equipment maintenance
  • Your responsibilities will include keeping buildings and grounds clean and orderly, performing trash removal, raking, mowing, spraying, and clearing hazards such as snow, ice, and debris
  • You’ll also assist with repairing fences, gates, landscapes, walls, walks, and signs, and provide support for minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
  • Additionally, you will help with drywall repairs, texture work, painting, troubleshooting doors, locks, appliances, and maintaining furniture and windows
  • You’ll use work orders, including computerized systems, to manage inventories, issue materials, and perform periodic checks
  • Other duties will include floor maintenance, trash removal, and maintaining cleanliness of buildings
