About the position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a daytime in-home ABA therapy opportunity in Suffolk, VA 23434. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy services while helping children with autism build communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT seeking a consistent daytime schedule, supportive BCBA leadership, and meaningful work that makes a difference every day.

Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client’s home
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
• Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation

Requirements
• Prior ABA, childcare, education, or child-related experience required
• Active RBT certification preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable providing services in-home
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and professionalism required
• Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
