Your Role:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
What You Bring:
• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.
