Schedule: Mon - Fri (Days)
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and assist with treatment planning
Oversee or support ABA program implementation
Supervise RBTs (within scope)
Analyze data and guide clinical decisions
Collaborate with caregivers for skill generalization
Requirements
BCBA or BCaBA certification required
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience (or interest, for new grads) in parent education and coaching
Ability to pass background check
