We are excited to be in collaboration with Dr. Gregory Hanley for delivering best practice through compassionate care and Skill-Based Treatment. We have additional collaboration with doctoral level leaders within the organization who are fluent in Pivotal Response Treatment. Dissemination and growth is important to us, we offer professional development opportunities and workshops across both of these well-respected methodologies, as well as others.
Pay: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Duties
Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
Requirements
Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Flexible to work with combined home and school caseloads
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
