Job Description
Position Overview
Salary: $22 - $30 per hour
Location: Burbank, La Crescenta, Glendale, DTLA
Hours: Part Time and Full Time positions available
Role: Behavior Technician (BT, RBT) working 1:1 in home setting

Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges
• Assist with daily program activities in areas of self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, behavior and crisis intervention
• Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, meal preparation and feeding, dressing, ambulation, and other activities as needed
• Collect and document data of behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan
Qualifications
• Passion for working with individuals with special needs
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in an educational or healthcare setting preferred
• At least one year of experience working with children/adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience preferred
• CPI Certification preferred
• RBT preferred
