• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
• Assist in developing care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the care of clients to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in applied behavior analysis.

Skills
• Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in medical terminology related to patient care and documentation.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for educating clients and families about care plans.
• Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
