Job Description
gistered Behavior Technician (RBT)** to join our team. The RBT will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities and a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• *Responsibilities**: ***MUST HAVE RBT CERTIFICATION***
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Provide one on one in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• *Qualifications:**
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to work flexible, full and part-time schedules
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must pass a background check
