Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Behavior Analyst to take on the role of Clinical Operations Supervisor. In this crucial position, you will manage the clinical operations of our ABA programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and impactful services. Your expertise will include supervising a team of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), creating innovative clinical programs, and fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive clinical supervision to BCBAs, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
• Oversee the performance of RBTs, including their training and ongoing assessments to maintain high-quality therapy.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop holistic treatment plans, regularly updating client programs based on data-driven methodologies.
• Ensure consistent application of ABA principles across all client programs.
• Engage with families to provide parent training and support, assisting them in reinforcing skills at home.
• Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and the ongoing professional development of clinical staff.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and BACB ethical guidelines.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols and procedures.
• Effectively address escalated client and staff issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
• Current, unrestricted North Carolina License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Licensed Behavior Analyst/BCBA in a clinical setting, preferably with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• 1-3 years or more of management experience overseeing and mentoring BCBAs and RBTs is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding and application of ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA.
• Excellent clinical judgment, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis software/systems.
• Committed to continuous professional development and staying updated on ABA research.
