Clinical Director (BCBA) – Center‑Based ABA Clinic

Beaumont, Texas Full‑Time | Weekdays Only | Clinic‑Based

Our client is opening a high‑quality, center‑based ABA clinic in Beaumont, Tx built around ethical practice, clinical excellence, and long‑term clinician sustainability.

We intentionally avoid high‑volume, corporate models. Our focus is on manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, and strong operational support so our clinicians can provide exceptional care without burnout.

About the Role:

The Clinical Director (BCBA) provides clinical leadership for a growing clinic while maintaining a small, sustainable caseload. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced BCBA who wants to build a program the right way while enjoying work‑life balance and professional respect.

You will lead clinical quality, mentor staff, and help shape the culture and systems of a clinic designed to grow thoughtfully.

Maintain a small, manageable clinical caseload

Qualifications Required:

Active BCBA certification

Eligible for or holding Texas LBA

4–5+ years of ABA clinical experience

Prior supervision or leadership experience

Strong ethical and clinical judgment

Preferred

Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director experience

Clinic‑based ABA background

Interest in program development and mentorship
