Job Description

• Maintain after-school availability (minimum 30% of part-time hours or 25% of full-time hours)

  • Part-Time: $40–50/hour direct therapy & $22–25/hour administrative time
  • Full-Time (36+ hours/week): $73,000–83,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric speech-language therapy in clinic, with option to serve schools and community settings as well
  • 30-minute therapy sessions with scheduled breaks
  • Complete documentation using an AI-supported EMR system with talk-to-text features
  • Maintain after-school availability (minimum 30% of part-time hours or 25% of full-time hours)
  • Strong mentorship and supervision for Clinical Fellows
