Job Description

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (with up to 50% remote work option after training)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee study-level project management, including maintenance, data lock, closeout, document flow, and budget management.
• Act as the main point of contact for study teams and CLS TPOs during study maintenance and closeout.
• Track and manage various sample types (safety, biomarker, PK, ADA) as well as imaging and connected device data.
• Monitor and resolve study queries efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal partners on CLS processes and operations.
• Work closely with business partners and TPOs to ensure accurate, timely data delivery.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the clinical industry.
• Specific experience as a Clinical Research Assistant/Coordinator.
• Local to Indiana.
• Background in clinical research or closely related field.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel for report management and data tracking.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with clinical research protocols and study maintenance processes.
• Experience with data management and reporting in clinical research.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
